On your chair, close your eyes and square your shoulders. Breathe in deeply to a count of six and wait three seconds before exhaling to a count of six. Pause for three seconds and repeat. Do this simple breathing exercise twice or thrice daily and you’ll be amazed at how effective it is at reviving energy.

Move Away From Your Desk

Let’s face it: we spend a large chunk of our time sitting on our desk working. Sitting for too long is not only dangerous to your health; it could also be causing you to lose energy, filling you with a sense of tiredness.

So don’t spend all day sitting and working away. Learn to give yourself a break! Stand up every thirty minutes, walk around for a few minutes to stretch your legs, get the blood going, and restore energy. Once you’re back on your desk, sit in a natural position and mind your posture to release pressure on the lower back.

Facing the computer all day will constrict blood vessels in the brain and this disrupts the brain from working properly. Don’t lean towards your computer so your eyes won’t get tired.
