It also protects from any cell damage caused by UVB rays. Apart from grapes, red wine, certain nuts and some fruits contain resveratrol too.

Berries and citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C is known to boost the immune system and protects from cardiovascular diseases. But this vitamin is also essential to restoring the skin’s youthful glow!
