2) Go meatless for a day. Before you try to take the plunge for life, try it for a day. Write down what you eat. Take stock of how difficult it will be to find food choices for you. Try a vegetarian recipe. If you find this day-long experiment excruciating, you may want to reconsider your decision. If you want to continue after your one day of vegetarianism, move on to the next step in the process.
