What is the Total Body Transformation Work Out?

The total body transformation workout is a series of regimen that torches fat and adds muscle definition. The program aims to give you your best shape.

The total body transformation workout is grouped into four parts. Each part consist of three month-long routine. Each week, you have to complete three strength-training routines and two to three cardio intervals.
