Easy Exercises for the Obese – Seated Exercise

While seated exercise plans are usually designed for elderly folk, they are also ideal for obese people who find it difficult to walk or stand upright for an extended period.  Seated exercise consists of bending at the waist in different directions, lifting your legs, and many arm movements that help build muscle and increase stamina.
