Of course, bamboo fabric is more expensive than cotton and polyester.

Polyester

Polyester is one of the most commonly used workout materials. This material is made from a durable and wrinkle-resistant plastic cloth. It is breathable and lightweight. Polyester even insulates when it is wet. However, polyester is not the most comfortable workout materials there are.

Microfiber

Microfiber contains very fine fibers that make the material lightweight and supple. These fibers do a great job of absorbing moisture and enhancing airflow to let the skin breathe. As such, microfiber makes an excellent material for workout undies.

Coolmax

Coolmax is made from a polyester blend, creating a shrink, wrinkle, and fade resistant. The material is light, keeping the skin comfortable even during an intense workout. However, Coolmax needs air to evaporate sweat so it is bet used outdoors.

Spandex

Spandex is a synthetic fabric made from polyurethane. This material is a favorite among runners and cyclists because of its comfortable fit, elasticity, and lightness. However, it does not absorb body and natural oils very well.
