However, not all of us have the so-called natural built and so when it comes to developing a part of your body, hard work and discipline is a must. Do some lunges

Lunges can be done in several ways. This is done when your foot goes down into a lunge and using your butt muscles to bring your foot back to your waist. Do them slowly and in repetition. You can also do other kinds of lunges like side lunges, back lunges, lunge jumps, lunges with weights and many others.

Add some squats

This is done with your feet wide apart and then getting down on deep squats so that your body is below your knees. If you like some kick to it, come back up with in squat jump, kicking your toes to the sides. You can repeat this ten to twenty times or as many as you can. Take the stairs

If your home has stairs, you can convert this as your gym prop. Choose the steepest part of the stairs and do lunges. This is also an effective way to get your butt muscles working and pumping.

For those of you who don’t know it yet, the best way to get your butt muscles working is by doing martial arts. Karate, taekwondo, capoeira and the likes can definitely help tone those butt muscles.
