1 bulb of garlic

Instructions

Step 1: Break up the garlic cloves. Crush and expose the garlic flesh by pressing the side of the knife flatly on the cloves of garlic. Once the skin is removed, wash the skinless cloves of garlic thoroughly. Set aside in a clean container.

Step 2: Get a garlic press and start pressing the skinless garlic cloves to puree the flesh. Gather the pureed garlic cloves in a container and strain the juices out in a clean bowl. Using a spoon or a spatula, press the puree against the strainer to collect most of the juices.

Step 3: Using a coffee filter held over a bowl, pour the garlic juices to collect the purest form of garlic juice. Once all the juices are strained away by the coffee filter, you have the purest essence of the garlic. You can drink it on its own, add a little lemon and sugar for flavor, or even add the essence to other juices to boost its nutritional value!
