9. Carbonated, Caffeinated, and Alcoholic Beverages
Since they are carbonated and caffeinated, it’s best to avoid drinking too many alcoholic or carbonated beverages. The acid in these drinks may only lead to spasms in your stomach. Drinking coffee, teas and soda may also do the same.
