Tomato and Cucumber Juice

This refreshing summer juice will boost the metabolic rate thanks to cayenne and ground black pepper. It will also keep you hydrated because it contains tomatoes, cucumbers, and celery!

You will need:

3 ½ cups ripe tomatoes, sliced
2 cups cucumbers, diced
1 stalk celery
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

Mix all the cut vegetables in the juicer and process until you achieve a smooth consistency. Season with cayenne, freshly ground black pepper and sea salt. Blend again for five seconds. Pour in a tall glass and garnish with crushed mint leaves. Serve and enjoy. Tip: If you want to add a little sweetness to the juice, you can add Stevia or about a teaspoon of agave nectar.

Carrot and Watercress Juice

This is filling, delicious breakfast juice will kickstart your metabolic rate and give you the fiber you need to aid in digestion. It’s also packed with antioxidants and phytochemicals thanks to tomatoes, watercress, and spinach!

You will need:

1 cup watercress, roughly chopped
2 medium sized carrots, chopped
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
½ cup spinach
½ cup cilantro
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions:

Start by washing the veggies thoroughly then chop and dice them into smaller pieces. Add all the vegetables in the juicer and blend at a high setting. You want to achieve a smooth consistency. Pour the juice in a tall glass and add a spring of cilantro on top. Serve and enjoy.

Celery and Beet Juice

Celery and beets are exceptionally high in water and fiber. These veggies are low in calories but high in vitamins and antioxidants. Together, beets and celery detoxify the colon and flush out toxin buildup.

Ingredients:

4 celery stalks, chopped
1 small beet, diced
1 lemon wedge
1 cup spinach, roughly chopped
1 spring of cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions:

After washing and chopping the fresh veggies, add all ingredients in a juicer except the lemon wedge and blend well. Pour the mixture in a tall glass and squeeze the lemon wedge for a little juice to taste. Add the salt and adjust the seasoning accordingly.

Lettuce and Apple Juice

2 medium-sized apples, cubed

½ teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions:
