A serving of fresh milk contains 7.6 micrograms of selenium and 47 milligrams of phosphorus. Powdered milk contains 6.3 micrograms of selenium and 227 milligrams of phosphorus.

Both formulas will provide similar level of nutrition. If you want less processed milk then the best choice is fresh, organic milk. Organic fresh milk is superior to processed milk in terms of nutritional value and taste. It’s free from antibiotics or hormones too.
